This hotel is the best one in all of Kent county. My father and myself have been living here for going on four year's now. Very very clean hotel at all time's. I have never had one single complaint.
The staff is polite and frendly. A great place to stay
I stayed here a lot of times and they have really cleaned the place up. I did not have bed bugs or see any prostitutes or anything of the sort. Its cheap right of the highway and comfy and peaceful and they even have coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Friendly staff and more than willing to help guests out. Rooms are clean and it's close to transportation.
I't has a great location here in grand rapids its close to anything you may need or find. The staff is VERY friendly & polite. The rooms are at a great price for the money. I'v lived here in grand rapids for years & I'ts the best place to stay for the price.Every room comes with a microwave and mini fridge so you can pack you own food or go to some of the many great place to eat surrounding it to eat.The beds are very comfortable. They have free continental breakfast. i stayed here a few night and i'm willing to come back. they may have a bad rep but they have cleaned it up nicely
This is not a motel for choice. If you are in need of somewhere to stay 'till you get yourself together this is a great place. ask to check the room first.
When we were here we get a Jacuzzi room.. We like the room and the Jacuzzi tub.. But Do Not get things from the vending machines, either they take ur money or the things in them are out date.. The employees were very nice and manager was really good about the vending machine problem and fixed my problem for me..
